Trace Heating
Trace heating can be used to protect pipes and vessels from freezing by maintaining the temperature at a certain level above freezing point.
We use the most advanced trace heating controllers and trace heating cable. When paired with a suitable lagging for the environment, this provides a reliable safety control for your sprinkler pipework.
Lagging
Pipe lagging, also known as pipe insulation, is a material wrapped around pipes to prevent freezing and bursting, and to reduce heat loss.
M & T use the best materials and when installed by qualified professionals, this will provide a lagging solution, effective for years to come.

Sprinkler and Hydrant Pumphouse Wiring
Sprinkler pump house wiring includes signal wiring and electrical systems that power the diesel and/or electric pumps as well as other components such as; a lighting circuit, fan or wall heaters, a socket circuit and immersion heaters for the sprinkler tanks.
M & T provide and install segregated containment (To keep power and signal wiring separate) customized to suit your pumphouse build and to BS7671 standards.
Fire Alarm
Delivering complete sprinkler system alarm panels, M & T offer a bespoke tailoring service for each panel. This allows the user to ensure they are both; operating in a safe manner and being compliant with current regulations (BS5839 & BS1284).
All our systems can be designed and installed by our field experts to meet the needs of each individual premises. We are able to provide conventional, analogue or addressable panels based on your needs as a client.
Zone Checks
M & T offer an installation service for zone checks monitoring tamper valves, flow switches and power for pump activation as required.
Different containment options are available for mechanical protection in industrial areas to ensure the longer lifespan and safe operation of your install.
Pre-Action Panels
Where required M & T can install a control panels well suited for a number of applications. The PFC-4410G3 is listed for use with pre-action and deluge sprinkler suppression systems and agent-based fire suppression systems.
